So i have been prompted to make a food journal.
i have been told to do this because my stomach always
hurts and i dont know why.

So far today i had:
Breakfast:
2 eggs over medium
2 pieces of toast w/ butter
4 little veggie sausage links
to drink i had riptide rush gatorade

Lunch:
Veggie Quesadilla
Some chips and salsa
to drink a coke with no ice.

Snack:
1 Saucer Peach

Dinner:
2 small veggie patties
and some garden salsa sun chips
to drink riptide rush gatorade

Dessert:
2 shots of jagermister
2 shots of redbull
1 shot of bearenjager
